BBG - Day Six

I slept in again today but only till 8.45 so I was able to get my exercise in before it got too hot...it's meant to be another scorcher today...37!!

My exercise got today:

Kayla's Full Body workout...this included double lots of step ups...the final round was hard but I was glad I got through everything and then another half before my time was up.

My food for today:

Breakfast
Green smoothie with spinach, pineapple, mango, a very ripe banana, a few frozen grapes and coconut water...this was soooo delicious!
3 crackers with cottage cheese, ham and tomato

Lunch
Roast beef with vegetables and onion gravy! Served on a side plate so I didn't over indulge..well, not too much! 



Dinner

We had a Hopman Cup cocktail party so I ate a few different things...mini Reuben sandwiches, goats curd tart, small serve of seafood paella, mini pork bun, mini pavlova. AAANNDD, a fair bit of champagne! It was a fun night 😊
