I slept in till 11am this morning! So much for a great start to the new year. I managed to eat pretty well though, back to exercise tomorrow!!
Breakfast
Watermelon juice
2 pieces of rye toast, one with peanut butter and one with light Philly cream cheese and tomato
Lunch
Fruit salad
Dinner
"Healthy" pizza - I went half/ half with the toppings so it was like eating 2 pizzas
Whole grain wrap as the base
Light cheddar cheese and some Parmesan on top
Tomato
Mushroom
Pineapple
Ham
Chicken breast
BBQ sauce
